BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with the
Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT)to use toll revenue expenditures as credits
toward the non-federal matching share for the purchase of twenty (20) alternative fuel
buses.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
January, 2004.
