WHEREAS, bids were received for a contract for the roof replacement at the Art
Museum of Southeast Texas; and,
WHEREAS, Brazos Roofing International, Inc. submitted a bid in the amount of
$343,888; and,
WHEREAS, City Council is of the opinion that the bid submitted by Brazos Roofing
International, Inc. should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid in the amount of $343,888 submitted by Brazos Roofing International, Inc.
for a contract for the roof replacement at the Art Museum of Southeast Texas be accepted
by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 20th day of
January, 2004.
