R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of two (2)
4-hour breathing apparatus; and,
WHEREAS, Vallen Corporation of Beaumont, Texas submitted
a bid in the amount of $6,633. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Vallen Corporation is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Vallen Corporation in the amount of $6,633. 00 is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to make payment upon acceptable delivery.
