WHEREAS, bids were received for 5M inventory tags ; and,
WHEREAS, Aabco Engraving Company of Houston, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 ,132. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Aabco Engraving Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Aabco Engraving Company in the amount of $1 , 132. 00
is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to make payment upon acceptable delivery.
