WHEREAS, bids were received for the installation of two
( 2) 12-14 cubic yard dump beds ; and,
WHEREAS, Wheeler Truck Body and Equipment, Inc. , of
Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $7,190. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Wheeler Truck Body and Equipment, Inc. , is the best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Wheeler Truck Body and Equipment, Inc. , in the
amount of $7,190. 00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont,
and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same
upon acceptable delivery.
