R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for an annual contract for
the purchase of limestone base; and,
WHEREAS, Davidson Construction Materials, Inc. , of
Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $13. 70/ton; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Davidson Construction Materials , Inc. , is the lowest
and best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid submitted by Davidson Construction Materials , Inc. ,
for a one ( 1) year contract for limestone base material in the
amount of $13. 70/ton is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
