WHEREAS, on October 13, 1981, the City Council adopted
Resolution 81-420 awarding a contract to Gary Clark Contractors,
Inc. , for the construction of eleven ( 11) new T-Hangars at the
Beaumont Municipal Airport and later added Change Order No. 1 on
February 2, 1982, bringing the total project cost up to
$233,106. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the construction of 11 new T-Hangars at Beaumont Municipal
Airport is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to make final payment to
Gary Clark Contractors, Inc. , in the amount of $11,655. 30•
