WHEREAS, bids were received for labor and materials
needed to repair the north pump motor at Weiss Bluff Station; and,
WHEREAS, Intracoastal Electric, Inc. , of Port Arthur,
Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $7,400. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Intracoastal Electric, Inc. , is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Intracoastal Electric, Inc. , in the amount of
$7, 400. 00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment upon acceptable
completion.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
