R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, a bid was received for the printing of 2,000
Land Use Plan Brochures; and,
WHEREAS, Meserault Printing, Inc. , submitted a bid in the
amount of $1 ,976.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Meserault Printing, Inc. , is the best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Meserault Printing, Inc. , in the amount of
$1,976. 00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment upon acceptable
delivery.
