R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of seventy
thousand (70,000) Investigator's Report Forms ; and,
WHEREAS, Gulf Coast Business Forms of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $2,305. 80; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Gulf Coast Business Forms is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CI`T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Gulf Coast Business Forms in the amount of
$2, 305. 80 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery.
