R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of four (4) parcels of land needed for the Phelan
Boulevard Extension;
NOW , THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That 'the purchase of the following parcels is hereby authorized:
Parcel 7-A : 4,660 square feet out of City Tax
Tract 77, Plat SP-6 , C. Williams
League
Owners : John Snell and Jamie Carter
Value: $18,600. 00
Parcel 13 : 20,400 square feet out of City Tax
Tract 147, Plat SP-6, C . Williams

Value : $24,400. 00
