R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on August 18, 1981, the City of Beaumont awarded
a contract to Excavators and Contractors, Inc. , in the amount of
$1, 881, 091. 25 for the construction of Census Tract 23, Project No.
46-13-305-08718; and,
WHEREAS, Change Orders 1 and 2 made the final revised
total contract amount $1 ,750,763. 25; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Census Tract 23, Project No. 46-13-305-08718 is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager be, and he is
hereby, authorized to make final payment to Excavators and
Contractors, Inc. , in the amount of $102,308. 15.
