R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for construction of the Service
Center on February 24, 1982, at 2 : 00 p.m. in City Hall; and,
WHEREAS, all bids exceeded the amount budgeted for the
project and should be rejected;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the appropriate City Official be, and he is hereby, authorized
to reject all bids received and advertise for new bids based on
revised specifications.
