R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant Gulf
States Utilities Company an underground electrical distribution
easement across a portion of Magnolia Park in the James Drake Survey ,
Abstract No. 18, Jefferson County, Texas, to provide service to the
new bath house.
