R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a parcel of land needed for the Phelan Boulevard
Extension;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAI' the purchase of the following parcel of land is hereby
authorized:
Parcel 7B : 2,670 square feet out of City Tax
7C Tracts 77A and 77B, Plat SP-6,
C. Williams League
Owners : Gary R. Sibley and
Sharon K. Sibley
Value : $15,000. 00
