R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the Mayor or City Manager be, and they are hereby, authorized to
execute an agreement with the Southern Pacific Transportation
Company, for a permit to install a 24" water line across and parallel
to Southern Pacific right-of-way, a distance of 2,352 feet located in
Hardin County and to pay to the Southern Pacific Transportation
Company the sum of $1 ,950. 00 for said permit.
