R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of six (6) parcels of land needed for the Phelan
Boulevard Extension;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land is hereby
authorized:
