R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the sale of microfilm
equipment owned by the City of Beaumont; and,
WHEREAS, Compass Micromation Services, Inc. , of
Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid in the amount of $10,050. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Micromation Services, Inc. , is the lowest and best
bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Micromation Services, Inc. , in the amount of
$10, 050. 00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to convey said equipment upon payment
therefor.
