R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of 3$00
pounds of calcium hypochlorite; and,
WHEREAS, Thorne's Pools of Beaumont, Texas submitted a
bid in the amount of $4,178. 10; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Thorne' s Pools is the lowest and best bid and should
be accepted;
NOW,, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Thorne's Pools in the amount of $4, 178. 10 is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont, and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable
delivery.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
