R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue
Emergency Order #84-D in the amount of $1 ,917. 11 to Kinsel Ford,
Inc. , of Beaumont, Texas for the installation of a transmission in
Unit #6068 (1979 Eagle Side Loading Refuse Truck) .
