R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for furnishing and setting
up one ( 1) 10' x 20' Duckworth unlined portable building; and,
WHEREAS, Duckworth, Inc. , of Port Arthur, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $1 ,320. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Duckworth, Inc. , is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Duckworth, Inc. , in the amount of $1,320. 00 is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable
installation.
