R E S 0 L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to grant Gulf
States Utilities Company a revised overhead electrical and
communication easement across a portion of the sewage treatment plant
site in the James Rowe Survey.
