WHEREAS, the owners shown below have conveyed the following drainage
easements to the City of Beaumont, being out of the F. Bigner Survey, Abstract 1,
Jefferson County, Texas, as described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto:
1. 2 (two) 20' wide drainage easements -
A. 20' x 465' strip of land out of F. Bigner Survey (Tract 1) - 1.0 acre
B. 20' x 117' strip of land out of F. Bigner Survey (Tract 2) - 1.2393 acres
OWNER: Hamlet Park, L. P.
2. 1 (one) 17' wide drainage easement -
A. West 17' strip of land of certain 1.24 acre tract out of F. Bigner Survey
(4115 Crow Road)
OWNER: Stanley Plettman
3. 1 (one) 25' wide drainage easement -
A. 25' x 236.26 tract of land out of F. Bigner Survey
(Parkdale Place Condominiums, Unit 2)
OWNER: Parkdale Place Condominiums
and,
WHEREAS,the City Council has considered the conveyance of said easements and
is of the opinion that the delivery and receipt of said easements of property is necessary
and desirable and that same should be accepted;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the easements to said tract of land tendered by the above owners be and the same
are hereby in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13th day of
January, 2004.
