R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of five (5 ) parcels of land needed for the Phelan
Boulevard Extension;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land are hereby
authorized:
Parcel 4-A: 473.0 square feet out of City Tax
Tract 81-A, Plat SP-6, C. Williams
