R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to execute an
agreement with the South East Texas Regional Planning Commission for
the use of funds available through Section 8 of the Urban Mass
Transportation Act of 1964.
