BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized to settle
the case styled Charles Craig v. The City of Beaumont for
$25, 000. 00 payable to the City of Beaumont.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the appropriate City
officials are hereby authorized to execute all releases and
documents necessary to effectuate the settlement.
