BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Attorney be, and he is hereby , authorized to employ
Orgain, Bell & Tucker as securities counsel in connection with the
issuance of $15, 000,000 of Waterworks and Sewer System Prior Lien
Revenue Bonds , Series 1982, at a fee not to exceed $15,000. 00.
