BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to execute an
agreement with the State Department of Highways & Public
Transportation for the installation, operation and maintenance by the
State of freeway lighting on U.S . 69 from the LNVA Canal to Lawrence
Drive.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the
day of 19 .
