WHEREAS, agreements have been negotiated for the
purchase of two ( 2 ) parcels of land needed for the Phelan
Boulevard Extension;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcels of land are hereby
authorized:
Parcel 6-C: 1,140 square feet out of City Tax
Tract 166, Plat SP-6, C. Williams
League
Owner: Martha Sue Stagg
Value: $2,140. 00
Parcel 20: 4, 260 square feet out of City Tax
Tract 73A, Plat SP-6, C. Williams
League
Owner: Carlton E . Wood
Value: $10, 550. 00
