R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby , authorized to submit an
application in the amount of $50, 348.00 and to execute all of the
necessary contract agreements for this amendment to the Beaumont
Municipal Transit Paratransit Service Capital Grant No.
TX-05-0070.
