R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for one (1 ) 40, 000 pound
Angle Blade Dozer; and,
WHEREAS, Fogle Equipment Company of Houston submitted a
bid in the amount of $128,907. 00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Fogle Equipment Company is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT' RESOLVED BY THE
CI'T'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Fogle Equipment Company in the amount of
$128, 907. 00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery.
