R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of one ( 1 )
Pavement Marking Machine and Accessories; and,
WHEREAS, Saf-T-Mark Supply Company of Tyler, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $26,734. 00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Saf-T-Mark Supply Company is the lowest and best bid
and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Saf-T-Mark Supply Company in the amount of
$26, 734. 00 is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City
Manager is hereby authorized to make payment for same upon
acceptable delivery .
