R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, an agreement has been negotiated for the
purchase of a parcel of land needed for the Dowlen Road Extension
Project at its appraised value;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the purchase of the following parcel of land is hereby
authorized:
Parcel 11 - 0 .281 acres of land out of Lots 1
and 2 , Block 1 of the Westwood
Addition
Owner: Joe 's Rental Tool Company
Value: $45, 000. 00
