A R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the State of Texas, for itself and as trustee
for the City of Beaumont and Beaumont Independent School District,
acquired properties located within its taxing jurisdiction resulting
from delinquent tax suit sales in accordance with Article 7345b,
V.A.T.S. , and advertised for public ;invitation for sealed bids to
sell these properties, and desires to accept the following highest
bids for the hereinbelow listed properties :
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
That the City Manager be, and he is hereby authorized, for and on
behalf of the City of Beaumont, to execute Quitclaim Deeds on the
following properties, to the following party, in the following
amounts, conveying all right, title and interest', held by the City
of Beaumont to these properties as follows, to-wit:
Lot 50, Block 8, Beau Terrace Addition
City Account No. 05-289-00
Bid - $1,028.50
Samuel Levine, Jr.
Lot 53, Block 2, Beau Terrace Addition
City Account No. 05-101-00
Bid - $1,028.50
