BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to approve the purchase of one
(1) Lance 1,500 gallon per minute pumper truck for the Fire Department from Martin
Apparatus, Inc. through the Houston-Galveston Area Council (H-GAC) in the amount of
$365,151.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this the 13h day of
January, 2004.
