BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be and he is hereby authorized to adopt the ICMA - RC
(International City Managers Association - Retirement Corporation) model 457 plan
document.
