WHEREAS, on August 18, 1981, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with Richard Building and Contracting Company,
Inc. , in- the amount of $105, 168. 25 for the Census Tract 20 Project;
and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed at a cost of
$105,541. 55 or $373. 30 above the contract price;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT' the Census Tract 20 Improvements be, and the same are hereby,
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to make final payment to Richard Building and
Contracting Company , Inc. , in the amount of $10,891. 12.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
