BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the plans and specifications for the construction of the
Phelan Connector are hereby approved, and the City Manager be, and
he is hereby, authorized to advertise for bids for the the
construction of the Phelan Connector in accordance with the plans
and specifications herein approved.
