BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT' the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to issue
Emergency Order #61-D in the amount of $1 ,992. 00 to General
Electric Company of Beaumont, Texas for emergency pump repairs to
a pump located at the Irving Street Underpass Lift Station.
