R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the construction of the
Chinn Lane TIP Project; and,
WHEREAS, E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company, Inc. submitted
a bid in the amount of $529, 707. 00 ; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company , Inc. is the lowest and
best bid and should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of E. R. Dupuis Concrete Company, Inc. is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to execute a contract with E. R. Dupuis Concrete
Company, Inc. in the amount of $529, 707. 00 for the construction
of Chinn Lane.
