BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized to pay Hi
Way Equipment Company of Houston, Texas, $1, 289. 80 for the
.purchase of one (1 ) steering sector for a gradall, Unit #5023,
used by the Street Department for ditch cleaning.
