R E S O L U T I O N
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the City Manager be, and he is Hereby, authorized to pay an
estimated $12, 500. 00 to replace 360 feet of a 36" storm sewer line on
Broadmoor which failed and must be replaced to make the line
serviceable.
