R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the installation of one
( 1 ) rebuilt transmission in a 1975 International rear loader (Unit
#6053) ; and,
WHEREAS, Kinsel Ford, of Beaumont, Texas submitted a bid
in the amount of $1 ,824.75; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Kinsel Ford is the lowest and best bid and should be
accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Kinsel Ford in the amount of $1,824.75 is hereby
accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is hereby
authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable delivery .
