R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of ten (10)
high-back pressure foam makers; and,
WHEREAS, Arthur Dooley & Son of Beaumont, Texas
submitted a bid in the amount of $7, 250.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Arthur Dooley & Son is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Arthur Dooley & Son in the amount of $7,250. 00 is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable
delivery.
