R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on July 21, 1981, the City of Beaumont
entered into a contract with Russ Miller Construction Company for
the construction of streets and drainage improvements, Community
Development Block Grant Program, Census Tract 17, 4th Year; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with the plans and specifications at an actual cost of $304,727. 05;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the construction of streets and drainage improvements in
Census Tract 17, is hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the
City Manager is hereby authorized to make final payment to Russ
Miller Construction Company, in the amount of $33, 935. 33.
