R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on June 9, 1981, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with W. R. Boyd, Inc. for Project IV of the 1981
Street Rehabilitation Program in the amount of $763,223 .82; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with plans and specifications at a total cost of $952,067.66;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Project IV of the 1981 Street Rehabilitation Program is hereby
accepted and the City Manager is hereby authorized to make final
payment to W. R. Boyd, Inc. , in the amount of $175, 178.83 .
