BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT a public hearing is hereby scheduled for February 2, 1982 at
1 o 'clock p.m. on an amendment to the Beaumont Municipal Transit
Paratransit Service Capital Assistance Grant application in the
total amount of $50, 348. 00.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager execute and
submit all of the necessary grant contract agreements to aid in
financing the capital assistance grant amendment.
