R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, bids were received for the purchase of an
Electronic Mail Process System and Accessories; and,
WHEREAS, Pitney Bowes, Inc. , of Beaumont, Texas,
submitted a bid in the amount of $15, 200.00; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council is of the opinion that the bid
submitted by Pitney Bowes, Inc. , is the lowest and best bid and
should be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT the bid of Pitney Bowes, Inc. , in the amount of $15, 200.00 is
hereby accepted by the City of Beaumont and the City Manager is
hereby authorized to make payment for same upon acceptable
delivery.
