R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, on March 17 , 1981, the City of Beaumont entered
into a contract with W. R. Boyd, Inc. for Project III of the 1931
Street Rehabilitation Program in the amount of $673,936 .42; and,
WHEREAS, the project has been completed in accordance
with plans and specifications at a total cost of $695,059.29;
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT Project III of the 1981 Street Rehabilitation Program is
hereby accepted and that the City Manager be, and he is hereby,
authorized to make final payment to W. R. Boyd, Inc. , in the amount
of $111,037.26.
