WHEREAS, William P. Terrell, Dallon Permenter and Tony
DalSasso, the joint owners of property, desire to donate to the
City of Beaumont 3 .06 acres for the future extension of Dowlen
Road and a sewer easement for Segment 70 Intercepter and a 30 foot
wide drainage easement from Gail Drive to Comstock Road; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has considered the purpose of
said proposed dedication and is of the opinion that the acceptance
of said property is necessary and desirable and that same should
be accepted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BEAUMONT:
THAT said property as shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and
being conveyed by the above named to the City of Beaumont be, and
the same is hereby, in all things accepted.
PASSED BY THE CITY COUNCIL of the City of Beaumont this
